Using tools such as design thinking process, engineering process, and project management, students create diverse projects applicable to real life that allow each one to make critical analysis of the information, create reflections and high-quality products. Utilizing agreements for the development of academic collaborative skills (tribes agreements) presented at the beginning of each course, I manage to create a learning environment similar to the work environment of Silicon Valley start-ups, Google or Apple, where creativity, innovation, effort, and the student’s personal brand is reflected in the quality of each project or assignment.
